I happily...ok lady, you are speaking my language. <br />I happily pay more for mostly the reason of #2 on your list. I was so upset to hear that organic meat is actually sent to the same slaughterhouses and gets treated with the same disgusting treatment as non-organic. The only way is going small scale, local farmers. Even then, I have a hard time eating meat but...it's better. <br />I love all your reasons and I am WITH you. I think if people have a problem with the price, all the more reason they should buy it and help start the revolution of bringing price down...it's expensive because it's all small scale....
